General UK/Ireland Shipping
Everything at S&F DESIGNS is designed, cut and made-to-order in Leicester, UK. S&F DESIGNS is a solo show, run by me, Shannon Furniss. I complete every part of the design, production and packaging process (and even drive them to the post office myself!). This is why all products have a 14 day delivery period, from order date. This gives me time to physically make your product, package it and for the post office to deliver it. When the products are ready to be shipped, they are sent using Royal Mail. Our UK/Ireland cost is £4.50. The only exception are our Art Prints/Cards. They can take up to a week/10 Days from ordering to arrive, and the UK/Ireland postage cost is £1.50.
International Shipping
International Shipping is on pause for a moment. Now that the UK has left the EU, I would like to understand the new rules for shipping to the EU and beyond, before it is available again. It will be available again, at some point in 2022. Thank you for understanding.
Returns
Due to my products being hand made-to-order, I am unable to offer returns. However, I am happy to exchange your item for a new size, colour or product of the same monetary value. Please return your item back in the condition it was sent, with all labels attached. For returns address, email sandffashiondesigns@gmail.com.

Gift Card Shipping/Returns
Our Gift Cards are e-gift cards, and are sent straight to the recipient email address after purchase. You won't be sent a physical copy of the gift card. There is no delivery charge for gift cards. All gift cards are non-refundable and can't be returned.
